If you do not have experience with multilevel marketing programs compensation plans can be confusing to say the least. Between binary and unilevel compensation systems and value points calling multilevel marketing compensation plans complicated is an understatement. The Yoli compensation plan is a hybrid of both binary and unilevel systems which makes it both intriguing, and potentially confusing.

In binary compensation programs recruits are placed into one of two or more downline legs. When it comes to earning commissions on group volumes, they are almost based on the lowest performing leg in a binary system and this is true of the Yoli compensation plan as well.

The real downside to a binary system is when you manage to recruit a relatively large downline network. If you reach a point where your legs are contributing hundreds of thousands in sales you do not want to sit there and watch all those sales happen without getting any chance to earn a commission on them.

This is why the Yoli compensation plan is considered a hybrid plan. While placement and sales are primarily tracked through the binary system at a certain point an "executive" unilevel compensation system begins.

Unilevel compensation plans are popular because a distributor receives commissions on all of their recruits, even if it is typically a lower percentage than what might be offered in a binary system. The downside to most unilevel structures is that distributors ultimately wind up competing with each other instead of working with each other.

By using the binary placement and promotion system and offering a unilevel recruitment compensation package Yoli attempts to create a hybrid compensation package that has all of the strengths and none of the weaknesses of both the unilevel and binary systems.

The Yoli compensation plan has several bonuses structured into it as well. These bonuses are usually associated with recruitment. They encourage recruitment both through direct compensation and through providing bonuses to help new distributors get started quickly.

If you have the marketing knowledge to get to the top of the Yoli compensation plan you could earn serious money as a Yoli distributor. With the company still in prelaunch now is an excellent time for somebody with the right marketing skills to make plenty of money on the Yoli business opportunity.
